John has extensive experience as a Professional Quantity Surveyor and construction cost consultant. His expertise includes cost planning and life cycle costing on all types of construction.

John has been involved in a diverse array of projects including elementary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, correctional facilities, hospitals and health care facilities, marine and transportation facilities, sports and recreation facilities, performing arts facilities, and heritage restorations.

John, in his cost planning role, was instrumental in the development of a parametric estimating system, which was designed to establish realistic elemental cost analyses of projects at the earliest stages of design.

John brings a wealth of construction and cost knowledge to each project. This knowledge is fundamental in assisting clients in attaining their cost and design goals.
